From AED 499 a month for up to 5 units, AED 999 for 6–15, AED 1,899 for 16–30. Above 30 units we price on the call. Every plan is 30 days free with no setup fee and no card, and every price on this page includes 5% VAT. Join before 31 December 2026 and your price is locked for as long as you stay.
You pay monthly or annually for the plan that matches your unit count, and nothing else changes. If you don't want to continue, you don't, and there's nothing to cancel because no card was taken.
Hostaway. Bookings, payouts and calendars arrive on their own once it's connected on the onboarding call. If you're on a different system, book the call anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether Propscalr is right for you yet.
No, and that's deliberate. You export a CSV from your bank once a month and drop it in. Propscalr picks out the new rows, suggests a category for each, and learns the rules you set so next month's statement classifies itself. No bank login, no third party sitting in your account.
All three. A leased unit carries its share of the annual rent, a managed unit carries your management fee, an owned unit carries the mortgage and service charges. Every unit is ranked on what it actually keeps, whichever model it's on.
